I want any of my three children to be able to compete for a single chore. A repeated up for grabs chore that is assigned specific amount on completion, such as dishes, that is a repeating chore but only allows to be selected and completed by one child each day, first come first served. Today one an up for grabs repeating chore is selected by a child, all reoccurrence are assigned to that child. If a daily repeating chores has all three children assigned, all three can mark as done and get paid, it should only be paid for the first child to make it.

Our chores are on rotation, so kids can't complain about things not being fair. Would love for there to be a way set up repeating chores on a schedule once so that I don't have to manually reenter or change every week.

I want to store my inactive chore descriptions I have made and be able recall one-off chores to re-use them again.

Currently repeating “up for grabs” jobs are claimed by a child and then they “own” the job from then on. Please provide the ability to have “up for grabs” jobs be claimed individually to give kids options and flexibility. For example, the dishwasher needs to be unloaded every day. I would like my kids to decide each day who is going to complete the chore and get paid for it.

I’d love an option for recurring chores to not create a new duplicate task each day when the previous occurrence isn’t completed. For example, if “Make Bed” is a daily chore and my child doesn’t complete it for 3 days, I don’t want their list to show three separate overdue “Make Bed” tasks. I’d prefer one of these behaviors: * The unfinished chore remains as one overdue task until completed, and no new copy is created. * Or, the prior day’s chore expires at the end of the day, and only the current day’s chore appears. Ideally, this could be a setting when creating a recurring chore, such as “Carry forward until completed” or “Expire if not completed.” This would keep kids’ task lists much cleaner and prevent recurring daily chores from piling up when they miss a day.

Would like the ability to assign a chore to an adult or complete a chore by an adult. This would help keep me on track during the day with my responsibilities and be a part of the team on heavier chore days. Especially for seasonal tasks that may not be age appropriate for kids but I still want to track.

If I assign a chore to a child and realize I want to assign it to the other child as well or instead I cannot change that on the edit page.

I would like a widget that shows undone chores so that I can easily see what still needs to be done without having to wait for the app to open and navigate to the chores button every time

Would be great to lock the chore from being checked off after it was due. For example, marking off today’s chores tomorrow. If it’s due today, ability to not check it off other days.

Is this already a thing and we're just not seeing it? I'd like the option to require my kid to submit pictures of the completed chore when they mark it off
