This parent would like to see alerts for when a driver touches their phone. Speeding, hard breaking, and fast acceleration are great to track, but distracted driving (ie. using the phone while driving) is the number one cause of accidents, and it’s entirely preventable. Life360 offers this feature. I switched to Greenlight and miss it.

I’m thinking about upgrading for my kids, but I know only $ will undo the feeling that I’m being overprotective. I can offer $ for a good driving report, but if I could set it up automatically upon the reports, and take the parents out of the equation, that would be best— and maybe the only way to get the kids on board.

10-28-24 - The customer would like clearer verbiage for safety notifications. Ex: Each notification they receive begins with "Greenlight crash dete..." which leads the parent to believe each time they receive the notification that there has been a car accident.

I keep getting allerts that my child is in a car going 30+ over the speed limity. When i check the location the road their on is registered as 25 but is actually a 50 or 55 mile an hour road. My suggestion would be allow us to have a tab that we can "update" the speed limit in an area then you have someone who checks into it and can be updated. And it cuts down on the work for you guys.

As a customer, I'd like the option to mute the Driving notifications for Greenlight Infinity users. A toggle button to mute that would be nice.
