02-18-24 - The parent would like to access their account via the website.

To use the GL card for the first time, the card user must wait five full business days after funds were first loaded into their account. If you don’t wait, you will get a message (in the app) that the card was declined. I searched all over the app and did not find an answer. I searched online for “GreenLight declined”, found some FAQ’s and GL website, then a text/SMS number they offered, and finally a phone number (help line). The customer service reps were very, very helpful!

We should get wear os on here bc people sometimes aren't allowed to get a phone till 14 or even 17

My son is learning to track his spending and saving over time. I have connected his savings account to my budget software, but don't see a way to add Greenlight, which is what he uses for purchases and where he gets his allowance.

You need to extend the app versions to work on Apple Watch, so kids don’t have to unlock their iPad to see daily chores and goals. Many kids have Apple Watch instead of phones, so being able to see their daily chores or jobs there is key! This keeps them from potentially getting sucked into games/other distractions on the iPad when they just need to quickly see chores or jobs available that day.
