Mobile Device Protection
08-04-24 - The parent would like the mobile device protection plan to cover tablets. The family has a GL Max subscription but their child is too young for a cell phone and currently uses a tablet to access their GL app.

It absolutely absurd it take Assurant 2 weeks to process a cell phone repair claim. As you know, we all live by our phones, not only for emergency purposes but work, family, etc... If I placed a cell phone repair claim through my cell provider, I would have a replacement phone in 48 hours. Thank you for considering an update to your app and policies.

Include Parent Phones in Coverage with Credit Card Benefits, Extended Warranty Benefits
Expand loss/theft/damage benefits to parents phones on account with family cash card not just children’s phones; extended warranty on purchases benefits would also be nice as these are routine card benefits for credit cards and I’m using greenlight family cash card for most my purchases now
