When trying to add my spouse to the family Greenlight account that's set up to my phone/email, I was presented with error messaging that read... "An account with that phone number is already registered" While this messaging could easily include instructions/next steps for resolving the issue, I was left to poke around the website for a link to the helpdesk (which is not easy to find) and ended up chatting with support to resolve. A couple suggestions for improving the language of the message, to help Greenlight's support group as well as customers in our scenario: "An account with that phone number is already registered. Please contact Greenlight Support at support@greenlight.com for help." or "An account with that phone number is already registered. Please <click here> for help." where customer is linked to related helpdesk article w/ next steps Thanks for considering.
