Is the app using the Google FusedLocationProvider API? whenever I enable location tracking in the app I get a repeating notification, at 1Hz, saying that GL is updating my location, leading to thousands of notifications a day and greatly increased battery usage. Can the location tracking functionality be improved by using existing, optimized, APIs on Android? https://developers.google.com/location-context/fused-location-provider

My location sharing is freezing on one address and then it follows driver for the remainder of the trip. I monitor my teenagers when they’re out driving and it’s beneficial in knowing what exact address they’re in for if any emergency happens I and emergency services are able to go to that specific location and we’re not just driving around trying to find the exact location. But as the app is currently working, I don’t know where my children are address wise. I can see about where they are but I don’t have a street name or house number to even put on my GPS for me to meet them. This is very concerning for our family. Please look into this and I would like if I could get a response to when it’s fixed if at all possible. TY - Concerned Mom of 2 Teenagers

When my teen is driving, if I check in on live view at all then I don't receive a trip summary. Two issues with this: 1) parents may want to check in at sometime during the trip to make sure the teen is driving where they are supposed to but would still like a summary of how they drove. 2) Greenlight sends you a notification that the trip has begun and if you click it, it takes you to live view. Which is so frustrating. It really needs to give you a trip summary on EVERY trip no matter if you've checked in on live view or not. Please take this into consideration!! Out of the other location apps I've tried, I really do like yours the most except for this issue. Thank you

03-20-24 - The parent would like to 1) turn off recurring notifications, 2) ability to name places like home and 3) receive notifications when someone leaves and arrives.
