We would like to be able to automatically deposit a portion of our children’s allowance into specific savings goals (for example, clothing or emergency fund).

I would like to reward my child when they hit certain milestones in their savings. Same with their giving. Is that possible?

11-16-24 - The parent would like for children to be eligible to earn Savings Rewards without an ACH being on the account as a funding source. They want the child to earn the Savings Rewards if there is only a debit card on file.

Would like to see total amount of parent-paid interest earned to date. It used to be visible in the section where you set the rate but has disappeared. This was helpful to talk to them about the compound effect of interest. Also, I typically would lower their rate as their total interest earned hit certain milestones but now there’s no easy way to know where they are on those milestones.

08-28-24 - On the new Savings Goals screen, there are only bars showing the Savings Goals progression but you cannot see the goal that has been set for each amount (unless you tap on the individual goal). The parent would like to clearly see each goals and the bars at the same time.

On your monthly summary emails I think it would be very informative to show how much interest each childs savings account has earned to illustrate to them !. the power of interest and 2. the power of compounding

Hey! Just signed up for Greenlight for my three kids. Super excited. One feature request I do have, but realize is lot of work, is to make it so kids can see a graph to visualize their savings growing over time — similar to the Apple Card Savings account view. Not sure if this feature request will ever make it to the right people, but that would be a perfect way to really show how interest has an impact. Thank you!
