It absolutely absurd it take Assurant 2 weeks to process a cell phone repair claim. As you know, we all live by our phones, not only for emergency purposes but work, family, etc... If I placed a cell phone repair claim through my cell provider, I would have a replacement phone in 48 hours. Thank you for considering an update to your app and policies.

I hope you reconsider your phone insurance policy and carrier. Virginia Surety requested For Damage or Breakdown Claims please also provide:
Repair Estimate or Statement of Non-Repair from Licensed Repair
facility (with diagnosis, breakdown of cost, and condition of item)
Extended Service Plan (if purchased)
Fire Report, if applicable.
A repair estimate from a licensed repair facility?? This costs money so why would I be required to get an estimate if your company is going to assess the damage as well. This makes zero sense. You lure us in with the $25 phone insurance deductibe with no other information and then we have to jump through these hoops. YOu get a check mailed to you IF Greenlight appoves the claim. Please come up with another process and policy.
