Family Card Limits
Kristina Pauls
I have a family that needs 6 cards total and it’s not an option. I wish there wasn’t a limit. I would even be willing to pay $.99 cents/mo per card over the 5. But I don’t have enough for all my kids/family

This is important to me as well. While we don't yet need more than 5, it is likely that we will in the future.

I’d probably have bought a Greenlight Family Hub instantly if I could add all 6 of my kids. I’d be willing to pay for each additional child.

More Kids

Can’t add all of my kids. This is a bummer for big families! Would love to be able to add all eight. Please increase the number of allowed dependents. Thank you!

Hello Greenlight,
I have been using your product for a while and I love how easy it is to help my kids manage their money. However I have found that the platform is not Big Family Friendly. We are a foster and adoptive family with more than 5 kiddos. We would love for all of our kids to be able to take advantage of Greenlight but I am finding this very difficult if not impossible. Trying to create a separate account doesn't work well because you can only register one account per device and I get errors with my bank. Please create a way for bigger families to use your product.
Thanks!

6 children but only 5 can have access
Jessica Goldyn Dixon
I have 6 children and have been a green light customer for years. It is so frustrating that I am not able to have all my children on one account. Being told to purchase and have a whole seperate account to manage the one other child is discrimination against a large family. And frankly disappointing. It is my biggest downside to green light that I can’t have all of my own children on one account with no word from Greenlight that they ever intend to help me on this. I get that you are trying to keep people from having multiple families kids on one account. But there has to be a way to verify or allow someone to have all their children on one account. Thanks for you help in this matter.
