It would be nice if you could access your account from your web browser.

My daughters don’t have phones but they do have Chromebooks. Please release a version of the app that works on Chromebooks or through a web browser.

More ways to access accounts from other platforms.

I would like to see more ways to access accounts. Such as windows app, web base access, or at least Chromebook app. My kids don't have their own compatible devices as we don't believe they need them till they are able to drive. However they have access to Chromebooks that they had to have for school, as well as the family computer. It would be nice for them to be able to access their chore lists and accounts from there instead of having to come to a parent every time they need to mark something off.

I'd love this functionality too. But it is a huge ask. I say this as an IT veteran living with an application development manager whose regulated app is multi-platform (web, iOS, Android). I can tell y'all that it is a big investment and decidedly non-trivial work. The infrastructure, staffing, etc. for developing a financial app on the web are very costly and it is risky, especially from a regulatory compliance and cybersecurity perspective. Unless there is a large demand from new users for this, my bet is that it would require a significant price increase.
That said, it would be cool and I would be more apt to keep using GL. I'm on the fence at the moment.

What is the point of this avenue to provide feedback? This feels like a black hole as there is no update provided here on the feedback to have a web capable application. I know transparency is not easy, but it is important to retain trust in Greenlight. Please provide updates on this request. Is it being considered at all? Will this item be worked on prior to Q2 2026? No updates no trust.

App is buggy

The mobile app freezes easily; needs uninstall/reinstall frequently. My daughter and I both experience this. We live in different communities, use different providers, browsers, phones, etc. Would like a more stable solution, preferably a dedktop app. For now, if you have known optimal choices - for example a best browser - please state them. Thank you!

It's kind of crazy to me that Greenlight doesn't have this feature already. It just doesn't make sense to have an app-only product. Every banking or finance app I've ever used had a web-based feature. This is, by far, the biggest drawback of greenlight and the thing that prevents me from recommending it to other parents.
