One of the following needs to happen for kids without phones and parents managing things during the day. The iOS app needs to be updated to be able to work with Macs or there needs to be a web portal that has all of the features for both parents and kids. This is a big miss and a drag on practically.

Greenlight needs to offer a web portal or at least make the iOS app compatible with Macs. In many cases, kids don’t have smartphones, but they do have access to a computer. Right now, there’s no easy way for them to use Greenlight without a mobile device, which limits accessibility. Currently, Greenlight provides apps for iOS, Android, and Amazon devices but does not offer a web-based platform or a macOS-specific application. Expanding access to include these platforms would make Greenlight much more inclusive and adaptable to different family setups.

I strongly push for a web interface feature: We've unambiguously entered into the era correcting the disaster of personal devices (and social media) given to youth without foresight. And, for a youth-focused product aimed at a parent/customer profile who is thinking intentionally about the developmental health and skills of their children (and this product meets those needs financially), this seems like a conspicuous gap in feature set.
