Hello, It would be really great that while my ACH transactions are being cleared, that the amount I have moved to GL, shows only the amount that is 100% available to be used on my child's debit card. The amount that takes 1-4 business days to clear the ACH process should NOT be in a parent's wallet and available to send to a child's GL card if it can't be spent. My child got a "denied" at a store because I was told that the ACH transaction hadn't cleared yet. I'm ok with waiting for ACH transactions to clear but don't make it look like all the money is available to be used when it isn't. Put the pending amounts in a "pending" or "hold" status until they are available.
How is someone supposed to know how much is actually 100% available if you are transferring amounts frequently? My bank can differentiate between available funds from deposits and non-available funds so the technology exits.
I know I can use my debit card for instant availability, but then that takes away the rewards that GL offers to those that use ACH funding.
Please make your product easier to use and I will be happy to recommend you to others.
