Transfer to Child Account

There should be an option for a parent to transfer to a child account directly from the bank/card. Is it really necessary to have to go out of the child account transfer screen to the parent account once you realize there are not enough funds in the parent account? Essentially the bank/card IS the parent account. The transfer from bank/card to the parent account to be able to transfer to the child account is an unnecessary step.
