Refund Button on All Purchases

Correct me if im wrong but what you're seeking is nearly a back-charge which would fall under the fraud category for a transaction. To get a refund you would have to go through the merchant as they handle that on their end with the payment processor. If that button did exist, my kids would have pressed it 1000 times by now! 😛
Call the merchant to request a refund because they'll want to know why, want their product back, etc. Hope this helps!
