Provide a way around phone tree when a ticket exists

When I texted with my concern, I was told via text to call for assistance. The problem is, the phone tree isn’t clear about what choices to enter when I call. If a text is sent in response to a help request, please offer an extension to choose to enter a ticket number (provided via text, previous conversation, etc.) to be connected to customer service with the details about the help ticket ready at hand. Then confirm identity at that time.
