Partner with banks for post-Greenlight transition
Barry Kayton
Greenlight has been great for our daughter, but she's now 18 and wants to transition to her own bank account. So we have to access her $3,000 savings from her part time job. The most efficient way to do this is to close our account. But I think Greenlight is missing an opportunity here to partner with banks. Offering a seamless transition to an independent bank account would be helpful to customers like us, and potentially beneficial to Greenlight. Perhaps the numbers don't warrant the effort required to set up partnerships?

Thank you for taking the time to share this with us, Barry! We are always working to improve our Greenlight experience and will be sure to pass your feedback along to the team.

Jackie Same Q - but towards investments. When the time comes, can investments (ETFs) be transferred out instead of sold to move assets? Not something we'll need to do for a long time, but eventually and it would be nice to transfer shares to avoid the capital gains.
Jackie
Steven White Hi there! Yes, investments can be transferred out of your Greenlight account. We'll be in touch with you shortly with the process.
