Parent Notification of Low Balance in Kid's Account

I can receive a notification when my wallet balance is low but I need to be notified when the Kid's balance falls below a certain amount. I am the guardian for an adult who has the Kid's card. I need to be notified so that I can determine the amount to be transferred to the Kid's card. The spending on the Kid's card is sporadic so scheduled funding is not an option and I don't want to have a large balance accumulate.

Greenlight needs to add low balance alert of child's account that is texted to parent. My friend is mentally challenged so his getting a text alert on his account is not functional.
Six months ago this was requested by another user. Only add-on cost features are added. Then every page change I get an alert on them.
