Optional Unassigned Income Bucket for New Money to Support Intentional Income Assignment

As a user, I want to enable an optional unassigned income bucket so that when my children get any new income, it goes into that unassigned bucket (instead of Spend Anywhere) so that they can see the new dollars that need to be split between the Give, Save, Spend, Invest.
Maybe it is because I am a long time YNAB (You Need a Budget) user, I want each new dollar the chance to be given a "job" (destination) first rather than going directly into Spend Anywhere. I believe this encourages and trains intentionality and awareness better.
