No "Available to Transfer" Option

I had accidentally sent a duplicate transfer from my bank account into the greenlight wallet. I had read that after 5 business days I'd be able to hit the available to transfer back to my bank account button. Long story short, that button is not even available in my app as an option when you select the 3 dots next to greenlight wallet. Think there either needs to be an update or something internally at greenlight needs to be turned on within my profile.
