I'd like to be able to have my kids have visibility into the subscriptions we pay for on their behalf by passing through bills do them. For example we pay $15/mo for a kindle subscription for one kid. I'd like to increase her allowance by $3.50 a week and then have her get a bill at the end of each month for $15. That would make her have to deal with budgeting and increase the visibility into those "costs" each month.
