Joint primary account holders
John Herrington
Please allow for joint primaty account holders so that parents can have equal access to account details to make necessary changes, such as address change. This would also be helpful were a parent be unable to access the app. 'Joint' accounts are commonplace in banking. I wouldn't think there would be security issues with Greenlight any more than at any bank. It would be helpful for parents.

I requested something like this some months ago. Got a card for my daughter, then ex got her a new phone and card, now she can't use the one I got her. Would be better if they could have 2 copies of the app on their phone. My ex is completely non-cooperative, so they need to be completely separate.
Been paying a monthly fee for her card for months now, but she can't use it. Only kept it just in case of an emergency and she needs money quickly. But I'll probably just cancel and have to get her a different teen debit card.

Both parents should have equal access to features. Especially divorced parents where the child is in two households and there are two bank accounts involved. Neither parent should be designated as having more control and oversight of their child's finances than the other.

+1 and include the ability to add more parents for co-parenting households with step parents as well. We have 4 parents.

I agree with this. But it’d be nice if the child could navigate like we can but instead have it labeled like “moms” and “dads”. But also, the other parent shouldn’t have access to our accounts either like the children can’t see what their siblings have. I would like to have my ex- husband on our daughters account but he then could see my youngest daughter’s chores as well (which isn’t his child) and they shouldn’t have access to our banking information
