Is it possible to make a recurring “up for grabs” option.

Example: walk dogs (daily) but if one of my sons takes it, then it goes to him for all future dates. I would like it to be up for grabs every day without having to edit it daily so every day it comes to a first come first serve on who walks the dogs and gets paid.
