We need Dividend Reinvestment Plans (DRIPs) to allow investors to automatically reinvest cash dividends into additional shares—or fractional shares—of the same company’s stock. Would be a lot easier to handle dividend payout especially with kids' investment portfolios. That way their long term accounts can continue to grow. Those small amounts matter too over time.
