Debt card app lists my wife as 'Mom' when she is NOT their mom.

We did not put the word 'mom' into our profile anywhere. We called and spent hours with customer service, reinstalled the app 10x, deleted and re-entered my wife's profile. She's input 'Lea' for 'kids call me ____' and it ALWAYS reverts to MOM. Make this stop! The kids are upset by this!

Thanks for corresponding with me and my wife. However, please keep in mind that at no point did WE ever put in the word MOM. And yet, it's saying to my kids that Lea is their Mom. That's coming from your programming and not from user error. We surely aren't the only ones dealing with this issue as blended families and deceased parents are pretty standard. Hope you can fix it quick!
