custom card status not available

Ordered custom cards for both kids, got black ones. Support mentioned custom cards are on the way. There's no way to see in the app the images were approved. Tracking cards is for the black default ones. I see charges for the custom card, 9.99 x2. If I try to custom again, looks like it will charge me again for the 9.99.
