Chat & Pin change removal

I would love to see the chat with support feature removed from the child’s app, or at a minimum able to be blocked. I would think this is a protection for your employees as well, as to not be communicating with a minor. In addition, the pin shouldn’t be easily changed on the child’s account. A parents approval should be a feature that can be turned off/on in the event of younger children.

While I appreciate this, there is still zero reason a child’s profile has access to this feature. They cannot make changes to the account so it’s an unnecessary feature. Every other app I have with kids profile capabilities doesn’t have a chat support on their profile. It’s only on the account holders.
Furthermore. Even if an adult is telling a child to ask for a parent, it’s still too much communication for the minor with an unknown adult. And unless you are monitoring every single chat at all times - well…
The concept is great. The app for kids is a huge disappointment at this time. I hope it’s adjusted so my kids can actually use it as it was intended.
