Customer claims that our cards are flimsy and thin, and it does not work at terminals most of the time. They have to ask for the card to be swiped again for it to work

Thank you for sharing this with us, Juliana! We'll be sure to pass the information along to the appropriate team. Please be aware, children can use the tap to pay feature if they are having issues swiping their card at the terminal. If the child has an old Greenlight card, parent's can request a replacement card in the app and will receive one our new "tap to pay" cards.
