Can’t get the card they advertise

Why show a photo of a custom horizontal card with the photo covering the whole card, but the only type you are actually allowed to create is a vertical card with a smaller photo? I emailed customer service and got a reply with “we only make the vertical cards.”

I customnordered for my son and his is horizontal not vertical, so for them to say you can only get vertical is incorrect.
