Why would you remove the ability to fund the parent account during the sending of money to the child account? Now there’s an error message requiring me to leave the flow and start something else. Big waste of time and I wonder if you spoke to any users who gave feedback that they didn’t like that convenience. Also- when I am in the new flow of adding funds to the parent account - don’t give me monetary options that are not allowed. Don’t give me the option to add $5 and $10 to the parent account but require a minimum of $20. Really disappointed in the new “features”.

Yes, I came here as well to complain about the same issue. It is a major inconvenience to have to leave the child's funding screen to go into the parent wallet and fund the parent wallet and then go back to the child's screen. I liked it better when it popped up asking if you want to transfer funds now and then it would transfer just enough to fund the request. Major inconvenience when your child is waiting in a check out line for you to transfer funds. -Mary M.

We also appreciate your feedback to remove funding options that are not available for a debit card load. We've passed the information along to the appropriate team.
