My kids are working by mowing lawns and performing odd jobs. You'd be surprised how many people still use checks to pay. On top of this, my son just graduated and over half of his graduation gifts are checks. Now because these checks are in their name I am unable to cash them. So my kids, with me, have to go to a check cashing place (and all of them are really seedy places) and cash their check and suffer the 3 percent fee....then they give me the cash to deposit in my account, to then transfer the money to Greenlight, to then transfer it to their account.
Why do we have to go through all these steps? Want we just make it so Greenlight allows for deposits at an ATM or at the least does check deposits in the app?
