Allocate by $ amount instead of lercentage

Currently, you can only allocate allowance to spend anywhere, savings, and donate by percentage. Would prefer to have to option to do it by specific amount.

I'd like to be able to allocate their allowance between saving/spending/giving by whole dollar amounts, not just by percentage
