This is the least user friendly app for new users. At registration it continued to put me in a loop, I'd complete one step it'd take me back to the beginning of that step and I'd have to do it a second time. Every step I had to complete twice. You don't tell the parent they have to create their kids username and password at set up just "send them the link" it's easy to see how people would mess this up and create 2 accounts. You make it so it seems you HAVE to upload a picture only to find out you don't have to AFTER spending 10 dollars on the card (UDAPP violation, deceptive practices). You make people have to use your crap help center articles (KA), why are you using jargon like KA on a user app? Noone outside of fintech knows that means knowledge articles. You also make it impossible to find out how to provide feedback on the app. Where's the complaint link you are required to make visible on your site, no email available to get ahold of you posted (also both violations). Work on your app experience and actually take the feedback from customers that are paying monthly for this terribly unfriendly app. Stop making people sign up just to submit feedback, that is an absolute UDAPP violation.
