Greenlight should offer a suggested photo to be used in custom cards. Cx is suggesting that if we can have an option to just select an image that Greenlight offers instead of customer uploading images that well ended up getting declined because of Policy and guidelines that are not met. Declined images are just creating unsatisfied customers when they call customer service which could affect their experience in GL
