It would be helpful to mark chores “not completed.” This is helpful to remember if the chore was not done vs we just forgot to click the check off box

I also need this. I get a message saying no chores are completed and the next day, all the chores for the week are marked completed. This is just teaching them to cheat.

Prompt “Did ___ complete their chores” if not complete by due date.

Instead of “_____ did not complete their chores and will not receive…” I would rather have a prompt that asks “Did ___ complete their chores”? On the day after they are due. Selecting yes would retroactively mark chores complete and trigger the money transfer.

In our family’s case, more often than not, the chores have been completed on time but we haven’t had a chance to or forgot to mark them off due to limited screen time practices. Getting the “did not complete” notification feels a little bit more absolute than I would like.

Can you add an option where my child has to check off a completed chore the day of and he isn’t able to check it off the next day? It’s an important skill to learn to check things off as you complete them (not all at once at the end of the week).

Or have the ability to lock the previous day(s) out when the day is over whether the chores were completed or not. It prevents the child from going back a week ago and marking everything completed. Prevents cheating the system if automatic payments are set up.

THIS should be an easy one! & needed! When the day passes, parents may want to make sure to note that a chore was "incomplete" so the child can't go in & claim it was done! Looking for ways to make this app more automatic.
